Days Creek resident Reanna Meisner was named to the Douglas County School District No. 15 school board Monday night during its regular meeting.
Meisner replaces Rebekah Sawyer, who stepped down to be a teaching assistant at the school.
Meisner submitted a letter of interest after the vacancy was announced in September. She was the only applicant. The board voted 4-0 to approve her application.
Meisner is a licensed massage therapist and owns Canyonville Massage.
