After three weeks of being short-staffed, Days Creek is back to full strength thanks to the addition of math teacher David Brown.
Brown replaces Paul Dancer, who formally resigned his position for personal reasons.
Brown was a stay at home dad before joining the staff. He graduated with a Masters of Arts in Acting and appeared in the first two seasons of Yellowstone, in addition to several other movies.
Brown moved to Oregon from Utah two years ago with his family. He and his wife Emily, the school’s Special Education teacher, have children attending school in elementary, middle, and high school.
He enjoys acting and spending time with his family as well as playing basketball and disc golf.
Brown is assuming all of Dancer’s responsibilities, which are Math 8, Geometry, Credit Recovery and support for Technical Math and Shop.
